You will notice that there are two submission options - Submit for Awards and Quick Submit. Choose the Submit for Awards option if you’d like your class project to be considered for the JEP Awards. The awards submission deadline is May 8th 2026. Classes who enter are eligible for Merits, Category Awards and the overall Class of the Year Award. Find out more about JEP Awards 2025 here.
Choose the Quick Submit Option if you won’t be finished until after May 8th or you are pressed for time and your main priority is to receive our lovely certificates! All classes will be invited to participate in The Big JEP Show and will receive JEP custom-designed Certificates of Achievement for pupils and teachers, no matter which option you choose.

At the end of the programme, teachers and pupils submit their class projects to JEP. Submissions can be made using the PowerPoint template on the website or by compiling a physical folder. ‍
